Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return and Exchange Policy

At Ponnus & Bombay Beauty, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

• You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-7 business days).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer. Our team will contact you for your bank details once the return is approved.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products, intimate wear, or items bought during clearance sales. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
