Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your favorite ethnic nightwear, tops, and co-ords as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Standard Delivery
Delivery within 3-7 business days across India depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
*Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during festive seasons or major sales events.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Nightwear and intimate apparel are subject to strict hygiene checks before returns are accepted.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to your Orders page.
- Select the order and item you wish to return and click "Request Return".
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Our delivery partner will pick up the package from your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
